Our mission is to contribute to the next generation of successful minority men by creating jobs and supplying them with the tools to become future entrepreneurs, and leaders within the Supply Chain Management and Logistics industry.

About Us

Who We Are

FL & Co is a two-part corporation. We are 50% Distribution and Logistics and 50% Workforce Development. We distribute goods, products and services, and train men between the ages of 15 and up, how to become a certified professional, ready-to-work, and an entrepreneur within the Supply Chain Management and Logistics Industries. We do this via our 6-week training program.

 

This is a Vocational Trade School that offers in class and on the job training. Our students have the selection of 5 trades to master. When doing business with us, you're booking a load, creating jobs and giving back. We have certified, well experienced and active industry entrepreneurs that facilitate our sessions. Students get to learn hands on experience from the pro's.

 

The founder and CEO of FL&Co is a former foster youth and founder of Poppy Muse Inc. (A Foster Care Agency); and author of “11 Steps to Self-Sufficiency”, a lifelong long guide for foster youth and youth from underserved communities. Fostering Logistics and Co is a subdivision of Poppy Muse, better classified as “A Poppy Muse Project”.
